Are "Sold Out" items restocked? Why are they still visible on your website?
Every wolf and lamb jacket is one-of-a-kind. Once a piece sells, it is out of stock. We are constantly adding new jackets to our inventory so a slightly similar style may become available shortly.. We keep "sold" jackets on our website for as long as the customer return period is open. Once 14 days pass, per our return policy, the jacket is then removed from our website permanently.
Do you use real or faux leather?
We source 100%, full and top grain, vintage leather in all of our jackets - some of this leather comes in the form of pieces dating back 50 years. We believe in recycling and reusing the materials we have available without sourcing unnecessary new ones. As every one of our jackets are one-of-a-kind and vintage, please note that there may be very minor imperfections in the leather of the jacket you are buying - All of which add to the character and speak to the lifespan of the item you are purchasing.
How do wolf and lamb jackets fit?
Our jackets are slim-fitting and transition seamlessly from season to season.We use primarily 100% silk or silk-blend linings which do not contain any stretch material. If you are still in doubt about sizing, please email us at email@example.com as we would be more than happy to answer any questions you have, We offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase because we want you to love your new jacket as much as we do.

My order won't go through - what next?
If you receive an error message, double check that your credit card information was input correctly and that your billing address matches what your bank has on file. If for some reason you are still receiving error messages, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. We ship within 2 business days of receiving your order and cannot make any changes once your purchase has shipped.
How much is shipping?
We offer priority domestic shipping on all purchases for $9.95. Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels at this time.
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your wolf and lamb one-of-a-kind jacket. and as such we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. However, if you decide it's not a perfect match, please email our customer care department at email@example.com and they will take care of it. Returns received after the 14 day window will be eligible for online credit only.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 10 business days once we receive your purchase to see your return credited back to the original credit card used for purchase. We will notify you once we have received your return and when your return has been finalized.
